Empro Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Business Contract Operations Specialist to join our Data Centre Solutions team in London, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational, financial, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of contracts.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as previous experience in financial and administrative roles, preferably in a service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contract and Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of contracts, ensuring that all transactions, invoicing, and reporting are accurate and timely.
  2. Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to the contract, including subcontractor coordination, reporting, and documentation.
  3. Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for all contract-related financial and administrative issues, providing effective solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain financial reports, assist with forecasting, and ensure data accuracy in reporting systems.
  5. Team Collaboration: Provide support to the management team by helping to drive contract performance, including achieving key deliverables and KPIs.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines, clear communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. They will also have a passion for delivering excellent service to clients and ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
