Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Driver to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering chilled stock into RDCs and collecting chilled stock from local suppliers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate refrigerated articulated vehicles to deliver chilled stock into RDCs and collect chilled stock from local suppliers.
  • Work various shift patterns, including 4 on 4 off or any 5 from 7, with start times between 09.00am and 11.00am.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of chilled stock, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, using handheld tablets for pre-vehicle checks and manifests.
  • Participate in ongoing DCPC refresher training and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Valid LGV C+E Licence.
  • Current DCPC.
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers' hours.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
