Social Value Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our business development team as a Social Value Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in measuring and celebrating our impact across communities, shaping services that meet community needs, and sharing the impact we have made. Your responsibilities will include owning our Social Value reporting, challenging customer satisfaction data, and working with researchers and data partners to gain valuable insights. You will also develop positioning pieces, data insight stories, and social return on investment reports. Additionally, you will work with the communications team to celebrate our impact and enable colleagues to understand community needs. You will also lead on the development and delivery of internally led research pieces that help us gain valuable insights or drive new ideas. As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive estimated salary of £48,000 - £70,000 per annum.
