Job Opportunity: Learning Mentor for Nurture Provision

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Mentor to join our Nurture Provision team at Clapham Manor Primary School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to children in their care, with a focus on their social and emotional development.

The role will involve facilitating lunch provision, running individual and group activities, and attending staff training sessions.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of child development, and the ability to motivate pupils through empathetic and supportive relationships.

The ideal candidate will also be flexible, adaptable, and able to use various forms of ICT to track the progress of children's social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children in their care
