Join Our Team as an Academic Mentor

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Academic Mentor to join our dynamic English department. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with students who require additional support in small group or one-on-one settings, aged 11-16 years.

Your role will be crucial in helping students progress academically, particularly in overcoming setbacks caused by the Covid pandemic. We warmly encourage applications from both experienced candidates with school-based work experience and those considering a future in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in small group or one-on-one settings

Requirements:

  • English graduate with a strong passion for teaching and learning
  • Experience working with students aged 11-16 years
  • Ability to develop and implement effective learning strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
