Diverse Project Exposure

You'll work with multiple clients across different sectors, offering an experience far beyond what a large-scale contractor can provide. With at least 2 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience in the UK civil engineering sector required, you should be comfortable managing your own workload from project inception through final account stages.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of estimating or quantity surveying experience in the UK civil engineering sector
  • Rail sector experience is advantageous
  • Experience with Causeway estimating software is a plus
Benefits

We provide access to external consultants for contract and measurement training and support your RICS qualification pathway, with the opportunity to work under a registered RICS counselor. You'll receive hands-on training directly from our lead surveyor, enhancing your skills in estimating, programming, and contract management.

A strong understanding of the UK construction sector, with the ability to create methodology and program documents, is required. The role requires site and client office visits, so you must hold a valid UK driving license. We offer direct mentorship from an RICS counselor to support your career growth and RICS qualifications. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
