About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Engineer to join our Asset Integrity team. As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our asset integrity services, working closely with our experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our clients' assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of asset integrity principles and practices
  • Contribute to the development of engineering designs and deliverables
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with technical developments and industry standards
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes and standards, HSE alerts, statutory instruments, client and company specifications, and legislative requirements
  • Develop and maintain professional development plans to ensure competency requirements are met
  • Ensure high performance of discipline engineering tasks, including compilation and provision of minor verification calculations in accordance with company QA, HSE policies
  • Demonstrate a safe approach in design and working practices, following the objectives of the office and project-specific health, safety, and environmental plans
  • Oversee requirements of best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties
  • Encourage attention to safety
  • Ensure adherence to the company integrated management system
  • Have a strong understanding of quality assurance, health, and safety, and environmental policies, alongside PD&MS Group QHSE principles
  • Ensure unsafe activities are challenged
  • Have awareness and understanding of the business drivers and values
About You

You will have a strong academic background in a relevant engineering discipline, with a basic understanding of all engineering disciplines, relevant industry codes and standards, and the use of Autodesk Design products. You will also have excellent written and spoken English skills.
