Job Title: IT Project Manager, VP

Are you looking for a challenging role that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution? We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our Information Services Group Data Engineering Team.

In this role, you will gain a detailed understanding of Citi's approach to planning, budgeting, prioritization, execution, and reporting of Technology Book of Work.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large amounts of financial data, has experience in Chief of Staff, Financial/Capacity Planning, or Governance of Technology Investments.

  • Support the oversight of ISG Data Engineering technology book of work (investments and work efforts), including working independently with various internal clients and technology teams to identify and prioritize technology investments, and providing ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of these investments/work efforts.
  • Develop analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action.
  • Develop process documentation, guidance, and organize additional training as required.
  • Write guidance documents and develop proposals, obtain stakeholder buy-in to move towards execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and technology teams.
  • Provide ongoing reporting into financial statuses and accomplishments of technology investments/work efforts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in financial services, consulting, or technology specifically in Chief of Staff, Technology Budget/Financial Planning and Management, Governance, and Reporting roles.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, e.g., has developed analysis and presentations that have been presented to senior management with minimal edits required.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong Writing skills and visual presentation skills.
  • Root Cause Analysis skills.
