Salary:

Job Description:
This is a full-time position that requires the individual to work in a residential childcare setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for young people, leading and supervising junior staff members, and assisting the management team in adhering to policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in children's residential care settings or similar environments, a valid manual vehicle driving license, and a commitment to safeguarding, promoting equal opportunities, and challenging discrimination. They will also be able to work full-time, including sleep-ins, and participate in residential trips.
