We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Junior Content Creator to join our team at Montirex LTD., a leading outdoor sports performance brand based in the UK. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality video content that showcases our brand's products and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Video Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, social-first video content for various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with our Social Media Manager to develop content strategies tailored to each platform, ensuring our brand's message is consistently conveyed.
  • Content Production: Capture high-quality footage using a smartphone and DSLR camera, and edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to ensure they are polished, engaging, and optimized for social media.
  • Brand Representation: Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all social media content, upholding Montirex's image and values in all produced content.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community to foster brand loyalty and interaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in social media content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in filming with a smartphone and DSLR camera, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Creative Mindset: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Shop.
