Disability Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Compassionate Care Specialist to join our team in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in Hastings. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and providing personalized care and support.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £28-32 per hour rate, plus benefits such as holiday pay, inclusion to staff pension, and a recommend a friend scheme. Our dedicated consultant is available 365 days a year to provide ongoing support and guidance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- UK Based Care Experience (1 year minimum)
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
