Financial Director

Seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join SF Group in Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the software industry, with expertise in commercial finance and recurring revenue streams.

We are working with a PE-backed software business that requires a skilled CFO to drive financial growth and strategy. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as providing strategic guidance to the executive team.

The successful candidate will have experience working at CFO or FD level, with a strong understanding of exit strategies and transaction processes. You will be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive long-term value creation.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the software industry
• Proven track record of success in driving financial growth and improving profitability
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of recurring revenue streams
• Experience working with PE-backed businesses, ideally in a similar role
