Healthcare Support Specialist

As a Care Assistant, you will provide holistic care and support to clients in their homes, promoting their well-being and quality of life. This rewarding role involves supporting clients with companionship, medication, nutrition, and personal care while adhering to individual care plans.
What We Can Offer
We can offer flexible shifts to fit your schedule, ensuring that our care assistants are able to balance work and personal commitments. Additionally, we provide minimum 2 hour call lengths to ensure adequate time for client care, competitive pay rates, free training opportunities, ongoing support and development, annual pay increases, and blue light card eligibility.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, hold the right to work in the UK, possess at least 6 months of UK care experience, hold a full UK driving license, and have good English and communication skills. You will also be required to obtain an enhanced DBS check, which will be refundable after a certain period.
Estimated Salary: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour, dependent on location and experience.
