We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our diverse portfolio of clients in sectors such as infrastructure development, renewable energy, energy transition, utilities, and more.

You will collaborate with partners and teams across our UK and international offices, working on high-profile projects and providing expert legal advice to drive business growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients across key sectors, including infrastructure development, renewable energy, and energy transition
  • Manage projects and draft contracts to ensure seamless execution
  • Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and growth
  • Develop and implement business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to provide expert advice
  • Contribute to thought leadership and industry publications to establish Addleshaw Goddard as a leading authority

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in IPE sectors
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition to drive business growth
  • Effectively engage with stakeholders to build strong relationships
  • Manage tasks efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
  • Proactively seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional development
  • Develop strong communication and drafting skills to deliver high-quality results
