About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Program Management Director to lead our client implementation initiatives, driving successful program delivery and maximizing value for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and set goals for programs in line with the company's strategic objectives
  • Plan programs from start to completion, involving deadlines, milestones, and processes
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasting, and resource allocations for programs
  • Establish Project Governance both internally and with clients, ensuring all stakeholders are communicated with frequently and appropriately
  • Drive clients and internal stakeholders to execute against their tasks and milestones, drive proper governance and program reporting
  • Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements
  • Supervise all program and project managers involved, providing feedback and resolving complex problems
  • Discover ways to enhance efficiency and productivity of procedures and people
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management principles when needed
  • Ensure program activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Leadership skills to bring together teams across different levels and disciplines within the organization
  • Outstanding presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills across all levels of management
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and relationship management skills

  • A strong understanding of financial markets and investment management processes, including back office functions
  • Degree qualified with a financial or analytical discipline preferred, or relevant experience within the financial services industry
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Agile software development, Systems Thinking, and/or professional services is an asset
  • Familiarity with Jira or Clarity is a further plus
  • Willingness and ability to travel
