We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Services Lead to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior leadership and clinical expertise to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
The Senior Clinical Services Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical services across the Trust, ensuring that they are aligned with Trust strategies and meet the needs of patients and staff. The role will also involve leading the Trust's emergency response to critical incidents, including fire, security alerts, and mental health emergencies.

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical services across the Trust
- Ensure that clinical services are aligned with Trust strategies and meet the needs of patients and staff
- Lead the Trust's emergency response to critical incidents, including fire, security alerts, and mental health emergencies
- Maintain and develop clinical skills in a dual role working designated clinical shifts as part of the Clinical Response Team (CRT)
- Facilitate the safe transfer of patients to an appropriate clinical area such as Critical care where required
Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in nursing, health or management related studies
- Mentorship qualification and extensive experience of teaching and mentoring peers and junior staff
Desirable Qualifications:
- Post Registration qualification within ITU, CCU, HDU or A& E or equivalent experience
- Clinical and classroom teaching/facilitation experience
