Whale Engineering Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Master Metal Artisan to join their team.

The Role

As a Master Metal Artisan, you will be responsible for fabricating and erecting high-quality metalwork, including balustrades, railings, gates, and other metal structures across various sites in Scotland.

You will also:

  • Perform structural and architectural metalwork for residential and commercial clients
  • Fabricate steel sections, including cutting, drilling, grinding, and welding
  • Work from detailed engineering drawings to produce exceptional results
  • Conduct site surveys and assist with installations

Work Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • Overtime available as required

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Clean driving licence
  • Proficient in MIG and ARC welding
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings and collaborate within a team
