Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality meals to our residents. You will work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure timely food preparation and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in kitchen and food preparation areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide a high-quality, varied range of food to customers.
  • Assist in closing down the kitchen to company standards, including stock rotation and cleanliness.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.
  • Minimise wastage during food preparation and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in kitchen and food preparation areas.
