EdEx is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Unqualified Mental Health Assistant - SEMH Needs at a highly regarded Secondary School in Tower Hamlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to children with SEN/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assist class teachers with delivering core subject material
  • Work collaboratively with the school community to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • A graduate with strong academics (2:1 or 1st Class degree)
  • A passion for learning and working with young people
  • A 'can-do' attitude and previous school-based experience
  • A sufficient understanding of SEN/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD, SpLD and more
