SEN Faculty Support Specialist

Principal Resourcing is a specialist recruitment agency working in collaboration with a SEN school based in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The school caters to students aged 4-15 years old, who have an Education, Health and Care Plan.
We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants with experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a day-to-day position that will involve supporting staffing requirements.
Role Requirements:- A full and relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent transferable experience.
- Confidence, inclusivity, and passion for supporting pupil progression.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure or willingness to obtain one through us.
