The role of HGV Workshop Controller is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join CD Auto Engineering Recruitment Ltd as a key member of the team.
Company Overview: Working with leading engineering companies in the UK, this position involves being based in the depot workshop and assisting the Depot Workshop Manager with management duties.
Salary: The basic salary for this position is circa £42,000 per annum, with opportunities for overtime and bonus packages on top. Estimated total remuneration package could exceed £52,000.
Job Description: As HGV Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the depot workshop, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in senior/supervisor positions working in the HGV Commercial sector and/or relevant qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or equivalent & IRTEC qualified. A Class 1, Class 2, or 7.5 Tonne driving license is highly desirable, as well as experience working on a variety of commercial vehicles.
