About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Development Procurement Specialist to join our team at Gold Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply chain for a 10-year investment programme in the Preston area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing sourcing and contracting strategies aligned with the Infrastructure Construction Strategy.
  • Leading procurement processes, including tender pack development, evaluation, and award.
  • Managing Framework Agreements and ensuring the quality of sourcing and contracting documentation.
  • Negotiating and finalising contracts with external suppliers.
  • Monitoring commercial performance of contractors and contract delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading defence and security organisation. We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus and a range of benefits.
