Paediatric Nurse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Nurse Manager. As a key member of our complex care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
Requirements:
  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK
  • Active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style with the ability to bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Full UK driving licence
