We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Paediatric Nurse Manager. As a key member of our complex care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
- Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care
- Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN) with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK
- Active NMC PIN
- Supportive management style with the ability to bring out the best in others
- Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators
- Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Full UK driving licence
- Up to £49,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 33 days' holiday
- Private pension scheme
