Holiday Inn Leeds Garforth is seeking an Event Operations Manager to join our team. As an experienced professional in the field of events, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events that exceed client expectations.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create bespoke events. You will also be responsible for leading event planning and coordination, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

We estimate this role will pay approximately £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a background in events or hospitality, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event strategies, working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including operations, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout all events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
