Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team in Epsom. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their home decor needs, and driving sales by upselling and cross-selling products. With a passion for interiors and an eye for detail, you will help our customers create beautiful living spaces.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering product advice.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Keep the store well-presented and stocked.
• Stay updated on product trends and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a retail sales role ideally within the home furnishings or interior design sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• An initiative-taking approach to sales, with experience in upselling or cross-selling products.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
