Job Title: Mobile Contract Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Contract Supervisor to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a Mobile Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers across multiple contracts and projects, ensuring that all sites remain compliant with statutory and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers to ensure effective delivery of maintenance services across multiple contracts and projects.
  • Identify and quote for ad-hoc, extra, and minor works across sites.
  • Ensure statutory and code compliance of all sites, including maintenance of records and documentation.
  • Oversee the implementation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure all necessary documents are up to date.
  • Provide feedback on team and individual performance, conducting regular 1-2-1 meetings and performance reviews.
  • First-line supervision of Specialist Service Contractors, including induction and signing off.
  • Monitor staff performance using Help Desk and PPM systems to ensure service delivery and meet SLAs and KPIs.
  • Review log books to ensure they are up to date and contain relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering qualification (HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience combined with good Mechanical and Electrical technical knowledge.
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor across multiple contracts and projects.
  • Ability to cost and supervise reactive repairs and small project works.
  • Proven track record of delivery within the M&E Maintenance sector.
  • Knowledge of SFG20 or equivalent maintenance schedules.
  • Experience in statutory and mandatory compliance maintenance records.
  • IOSH Working/Managing Safely certification and Safe System of Work Procedure knowledge.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
