Food Production Specialist

Job Overview
We are working with a food company based in York who are looking for Food Production Operatives. They offer a wide range of gourmet snacks from three renowned brands.
Duties
- Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure that all products meet the quality standards.
- Follow all company policies regarding health and safety practices within the workplace.
- Packing of products in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks undertaken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to be flexible in your approach.
Shifts
Rotating every two weeks
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 6am/2pm (first two weeks) - £12.00 per hour
Monday to Friday 2pm/10pm (second two weeks) - £13.00 per hour
