Butler Rose is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join their team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Receivable and Payroll, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain sales ledgers, reducing overdue debts and processing payments.
- Process monthly payroll for UK-based employees, manage pensions, and ensure timely tax submissions.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end reconciliations.
- Oversee VAT and other required government reporting.
- Proven experience in debt collection and payroll processing.
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of financial software.
