Job Title: IT Systems Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team at Atlas SEO. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing onsite and remote support to ensure effective and efficient incident response. You will work closely with our global IT Team and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite and remote support to ensure effective and efficient incident response
- Collaborate with the global IT Team and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives
- Creation / Deactivation of user accounts for new employees, including email, network, and application access
- Ensure that new employees have the necessary hardware and software licenses
- Maintain an Inventory of IT Assets and manage software licenses to ensure compliance
- Set up and maintain operating environments on end-user workstations, including operating systems and approved software (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
- Ensure operating systems and office applications are regularly updated with latest security and functionality updates, according to the organisational patch cycle policy
- Ensure that service fulfillment procedures, incident troubleshooting steps, systems setup implementation, and infrastructure setups are properly documented, updated and followed
- Ensure that all office setups, ranging from end-user workstation systems to back-end applications, are properly secured following the organisational IT security policies and industry best practices
- Assisting in purchasing Hardware and Software according to requirements
- Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues and procure IT services
- Enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organisation's data and systems
- Conduct induction and other IT-related training sessions for company users when required
- Manage and maintain all company project management tools such as Atlassian and Asana

Requirements:

- Excellent technical and hands-on working knowledge in Windows desktop operating systems, MacOS, and Linux
- Active Directory (Users and Asset Management)
- Group Policy Objects
- Desktop and Server Hardware
- Atlassian (Jira Service Desk, Confluence and Insights)
- Video Conferencing Systems based on Zoom

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with JAMF (Enterprise management software for Apple Devices)
- Network switches and routers
- Wireless access network setups
- Ability to follow the ITIL processes below:
- Service Asset and Configuration Management
- Certifications from Microsoft (MCSA - Server 2016 or O365) and Cisco (CCNA)
