At Houseful, we're redefining the digital property landscape, and we're looking for a talented Data Modelling Engineer to join our Data Platform team.

This is an exciting opportunity to own and develop data modelling pipelines that power a wide range of data initiatives and data products.

As a Data Modelling Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing data modelling architectures that meet the needs of our business.
  • Ensuring the successful orchestration of data pipelines, troubleshooting errors, and empowering others to do the same.
  • Communicating effectively with highly technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering requirements.
  • Delivering high-quality, transformed, tested, documented, and code-reviewed data sets that enable business users to self-serve, analyse, and build products and services.
  • Proactively seeking automation and optimisation opportunities to improve and develop the transformation layer.
  • Training and upskilling others in dbt and data modelling best practices, applying software engineering practices to analytics code.

We're looking for someone with experience in setting up and developing dbt architecture using CI/CD practices, proficiency in SQL and data modelling best practices, and experience working with visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
