Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Spanish language and culture to students at KS3 & KS4 levels.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching Spanish language and culture, with experience in creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction. They will be able to work effectively with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, and will be committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Spanish language and culture to students at KS3 & KS4 levels
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
- Experience of teaching Spanish language and culture to students at KS3 & KS4 levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
