Job Title: Adults Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Pertemps. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to enhance our visitors' experience, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights
  • Analyze business needs and collaborate with user teams to validate requirements
  • Develop project plans and allocate resources to ensure timely delivery
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure data quality and deliver ongoing solutions to meet business needs
  • Collaborate with our holding company's Data Analyst to share best practices and expertise

Requirements:
  • Degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage
