Education Support Assistant Opportunity

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in classrooms and guide their learning and progress in key academic areas in Tower Hamlets, London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support to classroom teachers
• Conduct one-to-one or small group sessions with students
• Deliver tuition and booster sessions for pupils with varying abilities or EHC Plans
• Facilitate reading sessions and support numeracy and literacy learning

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrable experience working with students
• A desire to work within an educational setting
• Ambition, combined with a warm, outgoing, and strong personality
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet various challenges
