About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Store Director to join our team in Llanelli, UK. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets.

You will source and merchandise products to maximise income, understand cost-effective income streams, and provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty.

This is a 35-hour position that includes weekends on a rota basis.

Estimated Salary:£32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of staff and volunteers to achieve sales targets
  2. Sourcing and merchandising products to maximise income
  3. Implement strategies to increase revenue from online sales channels
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals
