About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Deckers Brands. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  2. Develop and maintain close working relationships with account managers to ensure accurate and timely order placement, management, and shipment.
  3. Oversee orders from start to finish, anticipating and troubleshooting problems as needed.
  4. Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers to ensure smooth operation of order flow.
  5. Expedite customer orders, keeping customers informed of delays or early fulfillment.
  6. Follow up on outstanding orders and availability issues to minimize cancellations.
  7. Liaise with credit teams as necessary on order holds related to credit issues.
  8. Provide excellent after-sales service, handling returns and credits in a timely and effective manner.
  9. Report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide a clear picture of the account base status.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in both English and French is required for this role.
  2. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative, with a background in the footwear or apparel industry being beneficial.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  4. Experience working in multifaceted organizations, satisfying diverse constituents, and managing competing priorities.
