Job Description: Capita's Clinical Support Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare services, including conducting medical screening tests and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct medical screening tests including audiometry, vision testing, spirometry, and urinalysis.
  • Ensure medical documents are available in a timely manner.
  • Process ID and proof of address documentation.
  • Accurately document results in writing and electronically.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals and external agencies.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and responding to queries.
Requirements:
  • IT literacy and comfort with inhouse database.
  • Previous administration experience or medical environment experience desirable.
  • Familiarity with the army an advantage.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Comfortable with physical checks on potential recruits.
Compensation: £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
