Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at the National Autistic Society. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals and their families, providing personalized care and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee support packages, reviewing care plans and outcomes for individuals we support
- Support the development of the staff team, conducting supervisions and appraisals, and ensuring staff have access to suitable learning and development opportunities
- Assist with the smooth running and day-to-day operations of the service
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Experience of management and/or shift leading within a social care setting
- Leadership skills, patience, and commitment to supporting autistic individuals
- A driving license (minimum one year) is essential
