We are seeking a Student Pastor to join our team at Highfield Church in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to set the vision for church-based work among students and lead outreach on campus.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading work among students, passion for seeing students grow in their discipleship through small groups, and experience of sharing faith with students.
The role includes a competitive salary of £26,208 per annum (£12.60 per hour), a 9% contributory pension scheme, great holiday allowance, and relevant training and development opportunities.
As a Student Pastor, you will be responsible for setting the vision for church-based work among students, inspiring them to encounter God, grow together, and seek the Kingdom.
