Role OverviewPERSON PROFILE
We seek a skilled recruiter or sales expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or new business development.

- A valid UK Driving license and at least 12 months of driving experience are required for all consultants.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Generate new business through various channels.
- Engage new clients to understand the specific job roles and the ideal candidate profiles.
- Register candidates with Fox for potential job opportunities, utilizing both scheduled and unscheduled calls.
- Search online databases for potential candidates and reach out to encourage registrations.
- Manage new job listings, ensuring they are matched with suitable candidates until filled.
- Submit candidate CVs for client consideration and maintain proactive communication with clients.
- Arrange interviews swiftly between clients and candidates.
- Facilitate offer presentations and manage counter-offers as necessary, supporting candidates through their notice periods and initial probation phases.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates to enhance the Fox brand and encourage repeat business.
- Indirectly grow the business by identifying additional vacancies through existing contacts and candidate interactions.
- Maintain the accuracy and organization of our CRM system.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Compensation: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 annually

Experience:
- Sales/Recruitment in the UK: 1 year (required)
- Recruitment experience: 2 years (preferred)
Travel – Some regional travel may be required for client visits.
Salary – £24,000 - £32,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
