We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Aramark, a world-leading organization in the hospitality industry. As a Chef, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. You will work well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating effectively. Your duties will include following recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a range of meals, completing daily paperwork, and assisting with deliveries and stock checks. You will also be responsible for monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries, and assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cook and prepare food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
  • Follow recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a range of meals
  • Complete daily paperwork and assist with deliveries and stock checks
  • Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries
  • Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
Requirements
  • Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
  • Excellent team player and communicator
  • A confident chef
  • Security checks & DBS required for this role
