As a key member of the garage, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics and repair, with experience working on a wide range of vehicles. A flexible approach and positive attitude are essential, as you will be working as part of a dynamic team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer satisfaction.

Salary: Up to £34,000 dependent upon experience + bonus - OTE £40,000. This highly competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Repair and hold a full and valid driving license.
  • Be committed to achieving complete customer satisfaction and helping to drive sales targets.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard at all times and comply with Health & Safety Procedures.
  • Be willing to undertake training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
