As a Brand Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving key global initiatives and helping to manage the entire global product portfolio.

You will work closely with Insights, R&D and Regional teams to identify trends and growth opportunities, and develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support business growth.

Key responsibilities include concept development and validation, driving global marketing initiatives, developing and implementing innovation strategies, and adapting marketing strategies to different regions while maintaining consistent global brand image.

A salary of around £70,000-£90,000 per annum is estimated for this role, reflecting the level of experience and qualifications required.

FMCG sector experience and an appreciation of premium brands marketing are essential for success in this position.
