We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Officer to join our team in Staffordshire. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, ensuring our website is up-to-date, and reviewing analytics to inform our content strategy.

You will work closely with our Education, Training & Awareness Team to create and publish engaging content that raises awareness of domestic abuse and its impact, as well as our services for victims and perpetrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote our services
  • Ensure our website is up-to-date and review analytics to inform our content strategy
  • Assist with the delivery of our local Communications Strategy
Requirements
  • Digital media skills, including social media management and content creation
  • A good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact
  • Good written communication skills
