Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for baking, following standard recipes and procedures.
  • Mix, shape, and bake bread according to standard recipes, ensuring high-quality products.
  • Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our clean as you go policy.
  • Complete daily prep checklists, assigned tasks, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Follow all Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures, working collaboratively with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a bakery environment is preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong communication skills.
  • Baking experience: 1 year (required).

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
