Job Title: Multi Skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and ensuring the safety and comfort of commercial property occupants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on various air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs/VRFs, and chillers.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Carry out installation and commissioning of HVAC systems when required.
  • Undertake general fabric maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in air conditioning systems.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
  • F-Gas Category 1 certification is desirable.
  • 18th edition is desirable.
  • Full UK driving license.
