About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fibre Infrastructure Planner to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing robust and cost-effective civils and fibre-optic infrastructure designs in accordance with defined methodologies, architecture, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with pre-sales teams to scope and cost projects to support tender responses
  • Design suitable civils and fibre optic infrastructure that are cost-effective, fit-for-purpose, and future-proof
  • Produce detailed industry-standard documentation of the design
Requirements
  • Full understanding of Local and National Authority regulations in respect to engineering works
  • Detailed working understanding of all aspects of fibre, civils, and cable planning
  • Working knowledge of industry-recognised QGIS software
  • Experience working on designs using PIA
  • NRSWA certification
