Role Purpose

As an IT Field Delivery Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional technical support to our valued customers at their premises. Your expertise and dedication will ensure seamless operation of IT systems and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical assistance to resolve hardware and software issues across a diverse range of customer environments.
  • Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges, ensuring optimal system performance and uptime.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing expert guidance on IT solutions.
  • Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering clear understanding and collaboration.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in supporting a wide range of IT technologies, including PCs, laptops, and printers.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • A full UK driving license is essential due to the nature of the role.
