Systemic Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Systemic Family Therapist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a key member of our Therapies Team, you will play a vital role in delivering systemic family psychotherapy to women with severe, complex, and persistent mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly-skilled systemic interventions for families of women with complex mental health needs.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments and formulate short-term and long-term crisis planning.
- Develop and implement evidence-based systemic perspectives to multidisciplinary risk management, care planning, and decision-making.
- Manage a complex caseload as the family therapist, facilitating groups and supporting staff development.
- Monitor clinical progress through regular reviews of systemic treatment.
- Completed a Qualifying course in Systemic Psychotherapy at Master's or doctorate level, accredited by the AFT.
- Registration with UKCP.
- Annual salary of £65,000.
