The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to implement individual education plans and tailored learning strategies, providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, adapting to their unique needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individual education plans, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum, participating in classroom activities, and completing tasks, promoting independence and self-confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation, providing feedback to teachers as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from teaching staff.
