About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage spare parts administration, including generating quotations in SAP and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels.
  • Take spare part order requests from customers and engineers, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactively sell spares to increase spares turnover and contribute to the growth of our business.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, and respond to any queries or concerns they may have.
  • Upload invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
  • Identify and correct orders stuck in error queues, and provide daily reports to management.
  • Prepare weekly revenue reports for the Service Director, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain key account relationships, and provide ad hoc customer reports as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
