Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage spare parts administration, including generating quotations in SAP and maintaining relevant minimum stock levels.
- Take spare part order requests from customers and engineers, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proactively sell spares to increase spares turnover and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers, and respond to any queries or concerns they may have.
- Upload invoices and relevant documents to customer online portals, ensuring seamless communication and transparency.
- Identify and correct orders stuck in error queues, and provide daily reports to management.
- Prepare weekly revenue reports for the Service Director, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain key account relationships, and provide ad hoc customer reports as required.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP and CRM systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
